Prenatal Visits
During our prenatal visits, we focus on fostering a calming environment that prioritizes your well-being and the health of your growing baby. Additionally, we will explore birth planning, labor positions, and effective coping skills to help feel empowered and connected throughout your journey. My goal is to minimize any stress and enhance your connection with your body and your developing baby.
Postpartum Support
Postpartum care is essential for new mothers as they navigate the challenges of recovery and adjustment after childbirth. My role is to offer compassionate guidance, tailored resources, and a listening ear, ensuring that each mother feels empowered and cared for during this transformative time.
