Birth Doula Package

$2350 Investment

1 Complimentary Consultation

2 Two-Hour Prenatal Sessions, allowing us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may
have.
Prenatals include assistance with creating your very own comprehensive birth plan, birth education overview, prenatal exercises and laboring positions.
10 Pre-Recorded Mindful Meditations
On-call access starting at 38 weeks until birth
Unlimited phone, text and email contact throughout your pregnancy
Continuous Support during labor and birth
1-2 Hour Support Session in Hospital after giving birth
1 postpartum visit. Around 2 weeks. This visit will offer support and guidance for nursing, newborn care, healing after birth, processing your birth and a check in with you!

*Packages include travel within a 50-mile radius to all sessions and the birthing place of your choice, however further distances will be an additional travel fee.

Additional prenatal appointments may be added for an additional fee.

Childbirth Education Class: Preparing for Birth

$300 Investment per couple

Comprehensive, fun, & modern!

This class is offered in both group and private 1:1 settings. Please use the contact page to inquire within for upcoming classes!
Each client family will receive a pre-recorded Breastfeeding Class with an IBCLC to watch in the comforts of your home, at your own pace.
This class also includes hands on labor prep, comprehensive education so that you may make informed decisions tailored to your family's wishes/beliefs.

Daytime Postpartum Visits

$50 / hour

(4 hr minimum under 35 miles, 6 hr minimum over 35 miles)

Nighttime Postpartum Visits

$55 / hour (8 hour minimum)

Breastfeeding support

Help with the emotional and physical recovery after birth

Postpartum Planning

Now, let's talk Postpartum!

This package includes planning for mom, baby and partner. We will discuss transitioning home from the hospital with a +1, meal planning, breastfeeding expectations, baby's input/output postpartum hormones, postpartum related

complications, and how to handle visitors.

This planning session is held Virtually and can take up to 2 hours.
