1 Complimentary Virtual Consultation, *Mass Health eligible

• 3 Prenatal Sessions, allowing us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs.

• Prenatal appointments include assistance with creating your very own comprehensive birth plan/preferences, birth education overview, hands-on prenatal exercises, and laboring positions.

• Pre-Recorded Breastfeeding Class with IBCLC.

• 10 Pre-Recorded Mindful Meditations.

• On-call access starting at 38 weeks until birth.

• Unlimited phone, text, and email contact throughout your pregnancy and up to 1 month postpartum.

• Continuous Support during labor and birth including pain management, labor positioning, aromatherapy, etc.

• 1-2 Hour Support Session in Hospital after giving birth, includes assistance with breastfeeding.

• 4 postpartum visits: 3 Virtual check-in visits, 1 In-person postpartum visit. This visit will offer support and guidance for nursing, newborn care, healing after birth, processing your birth, and a check-in with you! 1x per week for the first 4 weeks. These visits are 1 hour in length.

*Packages include travel within a 40-mile radius to all sessions and the birthing place of your choice, however, further distances will be an additional travel fee. Additional prenatal/postpartum appointments may be added for an additional fee.

Birthing with Serenity: a mid-tier option

• On-call access starting at 38 weeks until birth.

• Unlimited phone, text, and email contact throughout your pregnancy and up to 1 month postpartum.

• 1-2 Hour Support Session in Hospital after giving birth, includes assistance with breastfeeding.

• 1 Virtual Postpartum visit, for when you first return home.

• 1 in-person postpartum visit. Around 2 weeks. This visit will offer support and guidance for nursing, newborn care, healing after birth, processing your birth, and a check-in with you!

Born Ready: Physiological Birth Class ft. Prepared for Birth

Comprehensive, & evidence based.

This class is offered in both group and private 1:1 setting. Please use the contact page to inquire about upcoming classes! Each client family will receive a pre-recorded Breastfeeding Class with an IBCLC to watch in the comforts of your own home, at your own pace. This class also includes hands on labor prep, 10 Pre-Recorded Mindful Meditations for labor prep & birth, and comprehensive education so that you may make informed decisions tailored to your family's wishes/beliefs.
